NESTS
Created on the computer, from gouache images, at the end
of 2003, "NESTS" can be any size. Life continues as phantoms
reappear in the grid. Old and new, city and country phone
numbers are fractured, chunks are arranged. Here even
the newest number is derived from the old ones. The original,
pages from 2 NEST EGGS, the poem wall book has
its one ring binder removed, and its pages instinctively
placed into a grid, one of a thousand possibilities.
Part of both the Number Series and the ongoing series
of Eggs and Stones, the visual poem is NESTS.
